Beaded Legends will never rent, share, sell or otherwise use your personal information, except as it relates to the processing and filling of your order. Our Promise to You--A Guarantee: I have been in the beading business since 1987 and now as always, each and every piece of jewelry I make is designed to give years of enjoyment under normal wear and is carefully inspected before it is sent out. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted and guaranteed to be free of flaws in craftsmanship and materials at the time of shipment and will be repaired or replaced for the cost of replacement parts (if available), should it break in the first thirty days. After thirty days, repairs will be made for the cost of parts, plus an hourly fee for labor. This warrantee covers workmanship and parts only and does not apply to damage caused by negligence or abuse, mistreatment of the piece or undue wear and tear caused by outside factors, such as children pulling on the dangles or dogs or cats playing with the piece. I recommend storing your beaded pieces hanging where the dangles and necklaces won't bunch or wrinkle. Perfumes, hairspray and other chemicals may cause damage to the finish of the beads or other components and may cause the beading thread to weaken and/or shrink, which can lead to damage and/or breakage, so I recommend keeping your beaded jewelry away from these substances. For example, it is wise to spray your hair and put on your perfume and allow them to dry thoroughly before you put on your jewelry. Your jewelry (except mother of pearl, freshwater pearls, coral and opals -- wipe these gently with a soft, damp cloth to retain their natural luster) may be cleaned with a mild detergent, such as dishwashing liquid or other mild soap. Hold the piece in your hand under warm (never hot) running water and add a drop or two of dishwashing liquid or other mild soap. Gently rub the piece between both hands to work up a lather, then rinse with the warm water until all soap is gone. Pat gently dry with a soft cloth, then allow the piece to finish drying in a hanging position so the dangles and necklace itself retain their shape.
